Main Skills NeededSignificant experience delivering cyber security projects within a managed services provider or consulting environment.Strong pre-sales and delivery experience is essential.Proven leadership experience managing client engagements and coaching or leading consulting teams.Strong knowledge of governance, risk management and cyber security best practice.Experience delivering projects aligned to frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and Cyber Essentials.Ability to conduct and oversee security maturity assessments, risk assessments and compliance programmes.Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience producing and reviewing high-quality consultancy reports and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.Experience working within regulated industries would be highly beneficial.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are advantageous.Previous experience within a Big Four consultancy would be highly desirable.
