Key Requirements: Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience across multiple modules: Employee CentralRecruitingPerformance & GoalsCompensationLMS / LearningOnboarding Additionally: Proven delivery experience on global SuccessFactors implementationsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior HR leadersExperience delivering workshops, presentations, and client-facing solution discussionsUnderstanding of emerging HR technology trends and digital HR transformationExperience with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone is desirablePassion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and supporting SAP teams
