Systems/Network Engineer

· Provide advanced IT support, both remotely and on-site

· Travel across Rhode Island & Eastern Massachusetts to assist clients

· Design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions

· Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues

· Work collaboratively with vendors, internal teams, and clients

· Manage and execute technical projects from concept to completion

· Conduct IT audits and provide strategic recommendations

· Support ongoing initiatives with Sales and Project Management teams

· Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions like Veeam

· Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and VoIP solutions

· Familiarity with security tools, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection

· Strong research and troubleshooting skills in a dynamic environment, · Honest, dependable, and a self-starter

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to manage technical projects from pre-sales to completion

· Positive, can-do attitude with great time-management skills

· Valid driver’s license-this role involves regular travel, * Systems/Network Engineer: 2 years (Required)
