- Ensure high availability of critical systems
- Build tools to speed up deploys, tests, and builds
- Maintain code quality and mentor engineers
- Respond to incidents and prevent future issues
- Deliver improvements with direct feedback from peers
Tech Stack AWS, TypeScript, Graphite, Honeycomb, GitHub Codespaces, Temporal.io, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AI-driven tooling
Requirements
- 1-4 years SWE experience
- Strong in TypeScript + one backend language
- Experience with infrastructure, cloud, scaling, or integrations
- Nice to have: AWS backend, Postgres, GraphQL, microservices
