Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and define solution designs. Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, Logic Apps, APIs, and data migration tools. Implement AI Builder and Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Configure and administer Dynamics 365 environments, including security, access controls, and reporting. Support release management, deployments, user training, and post-production support. Collaborate with global technology teams, infrastructure partners, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. Professional Experience 15+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise client-server and web-based applications. 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions (Online and On-Premises). Experience leading full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support. Experience working in Agile and iterative development environments. Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations. Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures. Development & Integration: Strong development experience in C#, / .NET Framework, Web APIs, WCF Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications Experience with ETL processes and data migration activities.
