Senior Network Administrator

The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting complex customer IT environments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. This senior technical role serves as the highest level of escalation for infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud services, cybersecurity, automation, and systems integration.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on engineering expertise, delivering scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions while leading infrastructure projects, and providing exceptional customer support.

Experience, Education and other requirements

• Extensive experience, 10 yrs +, administering Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft cloud services, network security, and Citrix Cloud.
• Experience supporting multiple customer environments
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex enterprise environments, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with MSP operations, preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk with carrying the weight.
• Able to see objects closely, discriminate colors, perceive depth continuously.
