QC Lab Master Data Specialist

Build and maintain QC laboratory master data

Configure and update calculations within Empower and LIMS

Support global QC lab standardization initiatives

Assist manufacturing/QC sites with:

Driver development

Driver troubleshooting

Instrument connectivity

Master data updates

Support migration from LabWare to Veeva LIMS

Work across multiple concurrent global projects

Provide BAU support for deployed laboratory applications

Partner with Validation and Quality to ensure compliant GxP solutions.

Strong pharmaceutical QC laboratory background

Hands-on experience with Empower and LIMS master data

Experience creating and maintaining:

Master data calculations

Analytical calculations

Product variables

Methods

Specifications

Understanding that master data is not ERP/SAP master data, but laboratory configuration and calculations.

Systems Experience

Empower

LabWare LIMS (current environment)

Veeva LIMS (migration experience is a plus)

Experience supporting environments where LabWare and Veeva run in parallel during deployment

LIMS BAU (Business as Usual) support after implementation

Veeva LIMS deployment support

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Empower and LIMS master data calculations

Experience with LabWare and/or Veeva LIMS

Python programming knowledge

Experience with laboratory instrument integrations

Assist sites with building, configuring, and troubleshooting instrument drivers

Support middleware/orchestrator integrations between laboratory instruments and LIMS

Technical enough to work directly with site teams to resolve integration and master data issues

$40 - $45 an hour - Contract
