What your impact will be like:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a core member of our Development team and thus closely collaborate with our developers, data scientists as well as our cybersecurity professionals. You will take a leading role in designing, building, evaluating, and continuously improving Exeon’s AI projects that supports engineers, security analysts, and business stakeholders. You also will shape how AI capabilities are embedded across Exeon’s product portfolio.

In particular, you will:

  • Lead AI initiatives related to our NDR (Network Detection & Response) and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) products
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and evaluation systems to ensure reliability and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with security analysts and domain experts to translate complex cybersecurity workflows into effective AI-assisted solutions
  • Define and uphold best practices for AI development, including model evaluation, safety, and responsible deployment
  • Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong AI engineering culture across the organization

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who’s comfortable in a high-paced scale-up environment and who shares our values. In addition, we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job-fit:

  • Open, reliable and collaborative professional who enjoys working in teams and can take ownership over individual projects
  • 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering, with a strong focus on NLP, LLMs, or applied AI
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications (e.g., RAG systems, agents, fine-tuning pipelines)
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Opencode, Openterminal, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
  • Strong understanding of the full ML lifecycle - from prototyping to production monitoring
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in a fast-paced product company
  • A plus: background in cybersecurity or network detection technologies
  • Fluent English.
