Job description
Guidance & Motivation A Team Leader provides direction, support, and motivation to team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Set the tone for the team Looking for strong MSTR developer with 8-10 years of experience with MicroStrategy, MSTR Mobile Applications and strong MSTR development skills for a fast-paced Agile Customer Facing Team
- Expert in development using MicroStrategy toolsets with extensive experience with MicroStrategy Report Service Documents & Dashboards Development, Dossiers, VLDB Tuning, MSTR schema architecture and design skills
- Responsibilities include MicroStrategy Architecture, Development & Design of new MSTR projects and to provide fixes and enhancements to complex MSTR Mobile Applications and Dashboards
- Extensive experience with Developing MicroStrategy Transaction Services, Visualization, Mobile dashboards, cubes, MDX reports, MTDI, Multi source Dashboards using HANA, Snowflake
- Advanced SQL coding & data troubleshooting skills is mandatory, MSTR Free form SQL reports, Transactions reports, complex stored procedure based MSTR Reports, DataMart Reports, Expertise to troubleshoot complex data issues in backend DB Tables and Views
- Solid understanding of MSTR Data Modeling & Advanced Warehouses MSTR Reporting in SAP HANA, MSTR on SAP BW Bex, MSTR on Snowflake, MSTR on SQL Server
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI Dashboard development is expected
- SQL expertise to debug into Production issue tickets
- Conducting detailed analyses of ongoing business processes and providing suitable system solutions, Identifying, interpreting, verifying, analyzing and documenting customer requirements,
- Organizing meetings to understand customer needs, documenting customer business requirements, and developing the best plan of action to meet the customer’s business needs,
- Assign tasks to team members and create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.
- Communicate clear instructions to team members.
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
- Being a liaison between business functions and the technical team,
- Providing mentoring to less experienced staff.
- Acting as a bridge between the customer and support teams.
- Reviewing and approving CRQs/production releases.
- Participating in SOW reviews and project discussions.
- Providing mentoring and guidance to the teams.
