Operational Readiness Project Coordinator

We are looking for an Operational Readiness Project Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You are a, to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale program. You excel with collaborating across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. You will report to the onsite manager., * Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams

• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables

• Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making

• Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones

• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria

• Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies

• Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams

• Advanced proficiency in:

o System implementations

o PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)

o Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)

o JIRA (task and defect management)

o Concise presentations

o Entry/exit ORT criteria

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00/hr to $28.00/hr.
