Job description

Liquidity Services is seeking a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure services, and enterprise APIs. This position will build the technical foundation for AI-enabled workflows, business process automation, conversational agents, and integrations across the Liquidity Services ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strong low-code/no-code engineer with extensive experience integrating business systems and delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions. Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents. Create conversational experiences and multi-step agent workflows. Implement grounding strategies using enterprise data sources. Configure agent actions, connectors, and multi-agent orchestrated workflows. Develop Power Apps solutions. Build Power Automate cloud flows. Create Dataverse-based applications. Design reusable automation components and templates. Integrate agents and workflows with: CRM systems ERP systems SharePoint Microsoft 365 Azure services Proprietary marketplace applications Third-party SaaS platforms Build custom connectors and API integrations. Help scope and design MCP interfaces Develop secure authentication and authorization controls. Design scalable automation architectures. Implement governance and ALM processes. Establish environment management standards. Support monitoring, observability, and operational excellence. Partner closely with the AI Enablement Lead. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Estimate effort and prioritize delivery roadmaps. Mentor developers and power users.

Requirements

Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years building Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Experience with: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse REST APIs Microsoft Graph Azure services including Azure functions Enterprise security models Agile development environments and Scrum methodology a plus Business domain experience in e-commerce and/or back-office applications a plus Experience writing unit tests in an MVC environment a plus Hands-on experience with highly secured enterprise-level applications a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Skilled at understanding business and technical requirements, and converting them into working automations Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI agent development and orchestrated workflows Significant skill with prompt engineering and conversational AI Ability to write and turn basic SQL queries. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines as they pertain to low-code development Understanding of source code management, experience with GitHub a plus Work Conditions/ Physical Demands

This position is primarily performed in a home office or other approved remote work environment. The employee is expected to maintain a safe, secure, and distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access. Duties primarily involve prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and communicating via phone and video conferencing. The employee must be able to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and business partners. Occasional lifting of office materials or equipment up to 15 pounds may be required. Travel

Extensive travel is required and may include frequent overnight stays and extended periods away from the primary work location (50% or more). Pay & Benefits

Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is $106,000 to $119,250 annually. The posted range reflects our average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
