This role is responsible for supporting and improving warehouse systems, operational workflows, warehouse hardware, reporting, and cross-functional coordination between operations, customer service, leadership, and technical teams.
The right candidate will operate as an operational systems owner - balancing warehouse technology administration, workflow support, operational troubleshooting, process coordination, reporting, and systems analysis.
Success in this role requires strong operational awareness, accountability, communication, and follow-through in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
You will work closely with warehouse leadership, customer service, inventory teams, and technical teams to support scalable warehouse operations and evolving customer requirements.
This role will also play a key part in the company’s future WMS evaluation and migration initiatives.

- Support operational warehouse technology including RF scanners, warehouse tablets, printers, and labeling workflows.

- Work directly with warehouse leadership to support operational workflows and process improvements.
- Build and maintain operational reporting and SQL-based warehouse visibility tools.
- Maintain workflow documentation, operational procedures, and warehouse systems process standards.
- Help evaluate operational impacts of changing customer requirements, labeling standards, serialization initiatives, and inventory traceability workflows.
- Facilitate cross-functional testing and workflow validation efforts during warehouse system changes and future WMS initiatives.
- Support future warehouse technology strategy, including participation in WMS evaluation and implementation efforts.
Technologies & Operational Platforms, * Takes ownership of operational systems and workflows naturally.
