We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Email Support Specialist to provide timely, professional, and accurate support to customers, vendors, and internal teams through email communication., The Remote Email Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound email communications. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Customer Email Support Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email. Resolve product, service, order, billing, and account-related questions. Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication. Administrative Support Manage high-volume email inboxes efficiently. Organize, prioritize, and track incoming support requests. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in CRM systems. Prepare professional email responses using company templates and guidelines. Update customer accounts and document case resolutions. Coordination & Communication Work closely with sales, operations, logistics, accounting, and technical support teams. Follow up with customers regarding open requests and pending resolutions. Communicate shipping updates, payment information, and service notifications. Identify recurring customer concerns and report trends to management. Quality Assurance Ensure all email communications are accurate, professional, and grammatically correct. Adhere to company policies, service standards, and response-time goals. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). 1-3 years of experience in customer service, email support, administrative support, or a related role. Exceptional written English communication skills. Strong typing and computer proficiency. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience using CRM or help desk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Previous experience supporting customers via email in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with order processing, billing, or technical support. Knowledge of manufacturing, instrumentation, or industrial products is an advantage.
