• Communication: Strong written/verbal skills for technical documentation and presentations.
• Work Style: Ability to manage multiple tasks in an agile, dynamic environment., * Technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
• Experience with systems engineering and enterprise architecture for high assurance communications systems.
• Background in NC3 architecture/performance analysis and engineering design.
• Knowledge of National Leadership Command Capability or Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications Systems.

Experience collaborating with NC3 stakeholders including Air Force, Navy, Space Force, NC3 Enterprise Center, USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, Joint Staff, and OSD.
