- We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Delivery Lead) to lead the end-to-end delivery of global Smart Ops and Digital solutions across multiple international markets.
- This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional software delivery teams-including Product, Engineering, QA, Integration, and Market Enablement-to deliver scalable platform capabilities across web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operational systems.
- The ideal candidate is a strong execution leader with deep experience delivering complex enterprise software programs in global, matrixed environments. This individual will drive delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, deployment readiness, and operational coordination from discovery through production readiness and transition to support.
- This role focuses on software solution delivery and deployment readiness-not physical in-store installation or field commissioning activities.
What You’ll Own:
Global Program & Delivery Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple software delivery streams for global Smart Ops and Digital Ordering initiatives.
- Drive execution across key phases including discovery, localization, integration, testing, deployment readiness, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Ensure predictable delivery through strong governance, dependency management, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Analysts, Deployment Leads, Integration teams, and Market stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Execution & Technical Delivery:
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to align delivery priorities, scope, timelines, and release readiness.
- Coordinate enterprise integrations including middleware, APIs, payment systems, menu systems, delivery aggregators, and operational platforms.
- Oversee deployment readiness activities including data migration, cutover planning, validation, and hypercare support.
- Champion scalable deployment practices, repeatable playbooks, and process automation to improve delivery quality and speed.
Global Market Readiness & Localization:
- Lead multi-market delivery coordination across localization requirements including language, currency, taxes, menu configurations, and compliance needs.
- Partner with market teams to ensure operational readiness, training alignment, and change management planning.
- Support successful rollout execution across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication:
- Serve as a primary delivery lead for global business stakeholders, PMO leadership, Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and market teams.
- Provide executive-level program updates, status reporting, escalation management, and delivery recommendations.
- Drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders operating across multiple time zones and organizational structures.
Governance & Operational Excellence:
- Establish and maintain strong program governance including RAID management, dependency tracking, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Drive accountability, issue resolution, and transparent communication across all delivery workstreams.
- Ensure successful handoff into Support & Run organizations with clearly defined hypercare exit criteria and operational readiness measures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise software delivery programs or technical program management initiatives.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-market or global technology programs across cross-functional organizations.
- Proven ability to lead large distributed teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Experience operating in Agile and product-centric delivery organizations.
Technical & Delivery Expertise:
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery models, and enterprise platform implementations.
- Prior experience in software engineering, technical program management, Scrum leadership, or product delivery environments strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, data migration, deployment planning, and release readiness activities.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Atlassian tooling, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical and operational challenges into clear actions and decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and risk management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity and influence across matrixed organizations.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across global teams and cultures.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in QSR, retail technology, hospitality, eCommerce, or franchise operations environments.
- Experience with POS, digital ordering, kitchen systems, operational analytics, or store technology platforms.
- Experience supporting global rollout and localization initiatives across international markets.
