Network Management Center Agent

Join our team as a Network Management Center (NMC) Agent and play a critical role in ensuring shipments move efficiently while delivering world-class support to both internal teams and customers., The Bilingual Network Management Center serves as a centralized support team that monitors shipments, identifies potential service disruptions, and helps ensure customer KPIs and SLAs are achieved. This role partners with account management and operations to proactively resolve issues, improve processes, and provide valuable business intelligence through reporting and data analysis., Supply Chain Operations Planning

• Support operational process design and improvements.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with training and process facilitation.

Supply Chain Operations Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and internal inquiries.
• Monitor shipments in transit and proactively identify exceptions.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Monitor EDI transmissions and maintain data integrity.
• Audit shipment files for accuracy and timely updates.

Performance Management

• Prepare statistical and operational performance reports.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify operational trends.

Business Intelligence

• Validate the accuracy of customer-facing and internal reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and network monitoring tools.
• Generate ad hoc reports to support business decisions and customer expectations.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
• Analyze network data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Manage improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Support both short-term issue resolution and long-term operational improvements.
