Administrative Assistant/Design Support

We are looking for a highly organized , detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting day to day business operations, and has some experience or interest in design.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support.
• Manage schedules, appointments, files, and general office tasks.
• Assist with communication follow-ups, and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure details are handled efficiently .
• Support various projects and day-to-day business needs.
• Assist with basic design-related tasks and materials.
• Help keep projects organized from start to finish

• Comfortable learning new systems or software.
• Some design experience or familiarity with design programs is a plus.
