Job description

We are seeking a hands-on, certified Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, improvement, and reliability of our Salesforce platform.

This role will support our homebuilding and real estate operations and work closely with company leadership, department users, and our Salesforce Developer.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, technically capable, and comfortable turning business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions. This is not simply a help-desk or ticket-management position. We are looking for someone who will proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes, data, reporting, automation, and user experience., * Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security, and access.

  • Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce Flows and other process automations.
  • Translate business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage data quality, imports, exports, duplicate prevention, and ongoing database maintenance.
  • Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and management-level performance reporting.
  • Train and support Salesforce users throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate their resolution.
  • Test and deploy system enhancements while minimizing disruption to users.
  • Manage priorities and assignments for our Salesforce Developer.
  • Review work completed by the Salesforce Developer and ensure projects meet business requirements.
  • Work with leadership and department managers to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform changes, and administrative best practices., * Examples of Salesforce Flows, integrations, reporting, or process-improvement projects you have completed.

Requirements

  • Current Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Two to four years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, security, permissions, and data management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of a Salesforce Developer., * Experience supporting a homebuilder, real estate company, construction company, or other transaction-driven business.
  • Experience improving lead management, sales, contracting, construction, closing, or customer-service workflows.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with system implementations, migrations, integrations, or major Salesforce optimization projects.
