Job description

The IT Implementation Analyst will support technology implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities. This role will coordinate with IT teams, vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders to ensure successful hardware, software, network, and system deployments. Responsibilities include project coordination, troubleshooting, testing support, documentation, issue tracking, user support, and implementation activities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting IT implementations, technology deployments, or infrastructure rollouts.
Experience troubleshooting enterprise networks including Cisco/Meraki switches, routers, wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.
Experience with iOS/iPad device provisioning, configuration, enrollment, and MDM platforms (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE).
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall troubleshooting, and connectivity issues.
Experience working with vendors, field technicians, and business teams during deployments and migrations.
Retail technology, POS, payment devices, printers, and store technology experience is a plus.
