Job description
Responsible for assisting the Project Management Office Manager to ensure achievement of desired results in the project management life-cycle of technology related projects from initiation through close. Responsibilities to include coordination and execution of project planning, implementation, tracking and oversight; identification, mitigation and escalation of identified issues; completion of project documentation; serving as a single point of contact for ALL assigned project communications; facilitation of appropriate communication with all stakeholders to encourage team collaboration maintaining professionalism at all times to ensure timely completion of assigned project(s). The incumbent may manage multiple small to medium complexity projects under the supervision of the Project Management Office Manager at any given time. Education and Credentials:
Required
Requirements
Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or related field.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or related field.
Work Experience:
Required One year of project management experience and healthcare Information Technology experience. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of job within three months of employment date.
Preferred Three years project management experience and Healthcare Information Technology experience.
