• Assist end users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency
• Install applications and computer peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs

We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic Deskside Support Consultant for our Houston branch. You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users’ queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner, * 2-4 years of related experience

• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
• Supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role
• Microsoft 365 Apps (Office), including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
• Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Remote support
• PC / printer hardware/VPN/Citrix
• Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) in hybrid environments
• Supporting device management tools
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers
• Knowledge of network security practices and endpoint security tools
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Expected salary range is $42,400 - $55,650. Benefits Long View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
