Job description

Beyond the core competencies above, this position emphasizes support of the organization’s low-code and collaboration platforms under the direction of the assigned supervisor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform administration and support - building and maintaining Power Apps for departmental processes, developing Power Automate flows for approvals and notifications, and assisting with Power BI administration such as workspace permissions, report and data model maintenance, and data source connectivity. Microsoft’s PL-900 certification, or a willingness to obtain it, is desirable. Equally valued is hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Online in a multi-department environment - provisioning and configuring sites, migrating legacy content, building and maintaining lists and libraries, managing permissions and versioning, and providing “how-to” support to site owners while maintaining documentation consistent with the department’s ITIL framework. Familiarity with core Applications-team tools - most notably Azure DevOps (source control and CI/CD pipelines) and Redwood’s RunMyJobs (job scheduling and integration automation) - is a plus. A collaborative, customer-focused approach and a demonstrated willingness to self-learn will distinguish the ideal candidate.
