Job description

The System Operations Administrator ensures the seamless performance and reliability of our core operational platforms. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity through regular master data cleansing, registering critical system updates, and proactively monitoring infrastructure. The ideal candidate will combine meticulous attention to detail with strong troubleshooting skills to identify system errors quickly and support continuous business operations., * Order / Shipping Management System Administration. The OMS Administrator manages the end-to-end reliability of the ordering platform by deploying functional updates, securing data integrity, standardizing master data, and executing rapid troubleshooting. This involves configuring software patches and promotional logic, auditing daily transaction records to eliminate channel discrepancies, and cleansing product or pricing master catalogs to ensure operational precision. In the event of transaction failures or system outages, the role provides immediate technical support to isolate root causes and minimize operational downtime.

  • Production System Administration. The Production System Administrator ensures continuous factory operations by managing configuration updates, performing real-time monitoring, executing rapid troubleshooting, and enforcing strict production data integrity management. This role is responsible for registering routing changes and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) while auditing operational data to eliminate discrepancies between actual floor output and system records. Additionally, the position provides immediate technical support for shop-floor application failures, minimizing system-induced downtime and preventing automated data synchronization bottlenecks.
  • ERP (SAP) & Data Integrity Management. The ERP (SAP) & Data Integrity Manager synchronizes data pathways between peripheral platforms and the core enterprise system while enforcing strict data governance. This role focuses on monitoring and resolving SAP IDoc transmission errors and RFC batch job failures to ensure complete, end-to-end operational data alignment. Responsibilities include aligning SAP material masters, vendor records, and pricing conditions with real-time business data, alongside conducting rigorous audits to reconcile physical warehouse stock with SAP inventory ledgers to eliminate financial and operational discrepancies.
  • Internal Relationships. Understands the inter-dependent relationships within the Company across functional boundaries and builds credibility as a team player and contributor across those groups. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with colleagues within LS Tractor.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration. Acts as a key member of the LS Tractor USA Team. May provide and/or receive input from across functional boundaries. Understands organizational mesh points and potential synergies. Integrates team efforts across business segments and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field, experience may be used in lieu of formal education.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/assembly operations system and applications. Including demonstrated experience showing very high level of understanding of SAP and other relevant systems/applications.
  • Must have experience developing and implementing work flows that integrate and maximize utilization with ERP programs and processes that produce relevant information for decision makers.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and computer systems and applications ability.
  • Solid presentation and communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with manufacturing/assembly operating systems and applications.
  • Must be innovative and performance and quality driven.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant software packages.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP applications used by LSTA.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Must be able to collaborate across the organization and build strong partnerships with all stakeholders in the organization.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken Korean to effectively coordinate system issues and collaborate with the Korea-based headquarters or system development partners.( Korean language proficiency is preferred but not required.)
