Job description

This position will primarily support a private school and church with a modern Apple environment while also supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure. If you enjoy working with Macs, iPads, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking, we’d love to hear from you., Experience supporting K-12 schools or educational environments would be helpful. About the Position This is a full-time position supporting a private school and church in the Tampa area. You’ll work independently while also being backed by an experienced engineering team. Every day brings something different-from managing Apple devices and Microsoft 365 to troubleshooting networks and helping faculty and staff. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates professionally with teachers, staff, and church personnel.
  • Enjoys learning new technologies.
  • Can work independently while reporting to management.
  • Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Apple School Manager (ASM)
  • Mobile Device Management (Mosyle preferred)
  • MacBook administration and support
  • iPad deployment and management
  • Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID
  • Network administration (switches, wireless, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
