Job description

As an AI Engineer / Software Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing software using C# and .NET while leveraging AI-powered tools throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements

Proven experience using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle in a production environment
Experience with AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
A strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and development workflows
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within an Agile development team

Benefits & conditions

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Software Developer to join a long-term contract with an initial 3-month term and a strong likelihood of extension up to 18 months. This role is based in Reading, with three days per week onsite, and offers a day rate of up to £450, outside IR35.
