Graduate Data Scientist

What You’ll DoSupport data science initiatives that drive key business outcomesAssist in delivering our data strategy and improving access to internal data assetsBuild, maintain and enhance internal data science tools, pipelines and AI-powered applicationsPerform quantitative data analysis for client projectsIdentify and implement automation opportunities to improve business efficiencySupport the rollout and adoption of new data and AI tools across teamsContribute to thought leadership activities, including LinkedIn content and conference presentationsHelp improve AI literacy and data science capabilities across the organisationProvide regular updates and reporting to senior team members What You’ll BringA Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or another numerate disciplineA strong interest in applying data science to solve business problemsExperience contributing to analytical, technical or machine learning projects through academic, internship or personal projectsUnderstanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing, regression and p-valuesExperience coding in Python or R for data analysis, modelling or visualisationStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong organisational and time-management skillsA proactive mindset, curiosity to learn and high personal integrity Desirable ExperienceExperience building code-based technical solutionsExposure to AI or LLM applications (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic APIs)Experience using Git or other version control systemsExposure to data pipelines, APIs and SQL databasesExperience deploying internal or web-based data tools
