Computer Hardware Repair/Deskside support - Wayne

We are currently seeking a Computer Hardware and Printer Repair Technician to work in a plant floor environment supporting a major client in the Wayne/Canton area. This position supports a multi shift operation and the selected candidate must be able to rotate quarterly between coverage shifts.

The Hardware Repair Technician has the responsibility of providing deskside support and the repair of hardware for the office and plant floor. Experience with industrial printers (Zebra thermal, Printronix, laser), plant floor workstations, and other various items supporting plant floor production is a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and repair of industrial printers and various electronic equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Works well with a team under general supervision.

Required experience:

Minimum 1 year work experience in deskside support / computer and printer repair.

Manufacturing Environment experience is preferred and is a plus. Honesty, reliability, and someone who is eager to learn and be part of the team., * printer repair: 1 year (Preferred)
