Job description

As an IT Operations Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing devices for deployment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring every asset meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer. You’ll be a key contributor to a collaborative team that keeps operations running efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

We’ll provide training on our tools and processes, but we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with technology, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Image, configure, and update Windows and macOS devices.
  • Prepare laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices for customer deployment.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure devices meet customer requirements.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming IT equipment.
  • Accurately inventory, label, and organize assets within our inventory management system.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
  • Package and prepare outbound shipments.
  • Securely process devices throughout their lifecycle, including deployment preparation and end-of-life processing.
  • Coordinate warranty repair requests with manufacturers.
  • Assist with inventory audits and other operational projects.
  • Occasionally assist with client pickups and deliveries, including driving company vehicles as needed.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows or macOS preferred.
  • Previous experience in IT, technology, inventory, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)
