Job description

  • Develop 3D models of mold components for manufacturing using advanced CAD systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing team to design high-precision molds that meet customer specifications.
  • Ensure speed, accuracy, and reliability in design work while managing fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
  • Troubleshoot design challenges and implement problem-solving strategies to optimize performance.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and continuously improve design processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with 3D modeling of mold components for manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD systems (experience with CREO and Cimatron required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and reliably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • Experience with data analysis techniques relevant to engineering projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
