Lead Full Stack Developer (React + AWS)Build. Lead. Make an Impact.

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership from architecture through deployment. You’ll play a key role in designing modern cloud-native applications, leading technical decisions, and helping a talented development team deliver high-quality software.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and AWS cloud technologies.
Build scalable, cloud-native applications using serverless and microservices architecture.
Lead technical design discussions and help define development best practices.
Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and architecture decisions.
Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Help improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Requirements

6+ years of full stack software development experience.
Strong experience building applications with React.
Hands-on experience developing solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, or similar services).
Experience designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with Istio or service mesh technologies.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or New Relic.
Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST security standards.
