Job description

The Global Finance Systems & Data Governance Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s global finance systems while ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial and operational data across multiple platforms. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and other business stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, system administration, master data governance, and process optimization.

In addition to day-to-day system administration and data governance, the role is responsible for coordinating and managing cross-functional finance systems initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. The position serves as a key liaison between business and technical, Administer and maintain Oracle EPM, Snowflake People Data, Amelkis Consolidation, Tableau/BI, Organimi, WFP, and other finance applications.

Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing (UAT), documentation, and user access.

Validate and reconcile financial data across ERPs, Oracle EPM, Snowflake People Data, Amelkis Consolidation, Tableau/BI, Organimi, WFP and reporting platforms.

Maintain finance master data, including global chart of accounts, entities, cost centers, products, and organizational hierarchies.

Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities.

Provide first-level support and training to finance and business users.

Partner with IT, Accounting, FP&A, HR, Supply Chain, Ops team, and external vendors on finance technology initiatives.

Future AI utilization and adaptation for Finance use cases

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience supporting finance systems, FP&A, business systems, or financial reporting.

Experience with global organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Financial systems administration

Data governance and validation

Process improvement and automation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Project management skills

Pre-requisites / Job Experience:

EPM including WFP (Oracle or similar)

Data lake/hub (Snowflake or similar)

Consolidation - (Amelkis or similar)

ERP systems (Sage, or similar)

BI (Tableau or similar)

Workflow (Smartsheet or similar)

Physical Requirements:

Extended periods of sitting or speaking.

Light lifting.

15-20% domestic and international travel to company sites

Heavy computer use.

Must adhere to the company’s safety practices by performing work safely and in accordance with established standards.
