Job description

We are seeking a proactive, highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, operational staff, and executive leadership. You will serve as the analytical backbone of our daily operations-managing critical spatial and relational datasets, optimizing reporting pipelines, and delivering executive-level business intelligence., * Data Governance & Integrity: Audit, maintain, and enrich core spatial and relational databases. Enforce data quality standards, topological rules, and attribute validation across cross-functional teams.

  • Executive & Operational Reporting: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot business intelligence (BI) dashboards and automated scheduled reporting pipelines supporting daily front-line operations and C-suite decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management & Prioritization: Triage incoming technical requests, system bugs, and feature requests from engineering, field operations, and executive leadership, balancing long-term data quality with urgent business needs.
  • System Integration & Pipeline Support: Monitor automated data ingestion and export workflows, quickly diagnosing and resolving pipeline failures to prevent operational downtime.
  • Process Technical Advisory: Consult with engineering and project leads to resolve dataset validation errors, educate teams on data standards, and refine operational workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing competing stakeholder priorities, and possesses a sharp eye for data integrity and spatial accuracy., * 3+ Years of Data Analytics Experience: Demonstrated track record supporting business operations, enterprise analytics, or system engineering teams.

  • Geospatial & Spatial Data Expertise: Hands-on experience working with enterprise GIS software, spatial database architecture, spatial queries (PostGIS, Spatial SQL), and boundary validation logic.
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization: Proficiency with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Esri Dashboards) to translate complex data into actionable leadership insights.
  • Relational Database Management: Strong SQL skills for querying, data cleaning, updating attribute schemas, and identifying missing or corrupted data records.
  • Process Automation & Reporting Pipelines: Experience building, maintaining, or troubleshooting automated reporting jobs (ETL/ELT processes, scheduled scripts, or enterprise reporting engines).

  • Experience writing automated python scripts (e.g., arcpy, geopandas, SQLAlchemy) for spatial data processing and automated report generation.
  • Background in industries managing physical infrastructure, fleet management, utilities, environmental planning, or large-scale asset tracking.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and agile workflow management., * Data Analytics : 3 years (Required)
  • SQL: 1 year (Required)

  • Database Management: 1 year (Preferred)
