Job description
- Perform functional testing of Guidewire applications across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
- Design, create, and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA/ALM.
- Validate application functionality and ensure quality deliverables.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare test execution reports and provide status updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Functional Tester with 6-12 years of experience in software testing and Guidewire applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter, along with strong functional testing skills, test case management, and defect tracking experience., * 6-12 years of experience in Functional Testing.

Hands-on experience with: Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC) Guidewire BillingCenter (BC)
- Strong experience in test case design, creation, execution, and defect logging.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes.
- Basic understanding of the Insurance domain, with preference for PolicyCenter knowledge.
- Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA and ALM/Quality Center.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills., * Experience working in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance projects.
- Exposure to Guidewire implementation or enhancement projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of test automation tools is an added advantage.
