Requirements

P&C Predictive Modeling Actuary in CT, IL, NY, OH, or TX. Play key role in actuarial predictive modeling across multiple Commercial lines (Workers Compensation, General Liability, Property, and Auto) by partnering with Underwriting, Data Science, and Actuarial teams to propose, design, validate, and deploy pricing models; recommend model experiments, loss adjustments, guardrails, and technical approaches while influencing model strategy and business decisions. Supervise and mentor small staff, oversee project execution, support professional development, translate business needs into analytical solutions, manage resources, maintain actuarial documentation, contribute to model filings, and enhance team processes. Ideal candidate is ACAS or new FCAS with 5+ years of Commercial pricing and predictive modeling experience; background in Python, R, SQL, or Git a plus. (PR13150)
