Cloud Solutions Specialist

Visage Imaging, Inc. is looking for a Cloud Solutions Specialist, working virtually, or at Visage Imaging’s North America Headquarters in San Diego, CA, with the industry’s fastest, most powerful Enterprise Imaging Platform: Visage 7. As a Cloud Solutions Specialist you will support Visage Imaging’s Sales and Service teams by translating complex technology into clear, value-driven conversations with customers. The role helps articulate our cloud architecture, security posture, and deployment best practices while ensuring prospects and customers receive accurate, high-quality technical information. They will contribute directly to Visage’s continued growth by strengthening our pre-sales technical capabilities., * Collaborates closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure all technical messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with Visage’s best practices.

• Leverages AI tools to generate dataflow diagrams and other artifacts that support the sales cycle from a technology perspective.

• Assists in completing customer security assessments, technical questionnaires, and compliance documentation.

• Assists in developing and delivering meaningful technical presentations, diagrams, and supporting materials that clearly communicate Visage’s cloud infrastructure and deployment options.

• Joins mid-sized customer calls to explain Visage’s technology from a high-level architectural perspective and answer related technical questions. Collects site surveys from prospects and transfer customer-specific variables into a formal Statement of Work template.

• Minimum of eight years of experience working in IT, with no less than three years focused in healthcare, preferably focused on medical imaging (PACS/VNA/RIS, modalities) workflows.
• Strong foundational understanding of enterprise IT concepts such as networking, security principles, virtualization, cloud, storage, and performance fundamentals.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language for both clinical and technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and other documentation.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and respond quickly in a fast-paced, market-leading, international organization.
