  • Profile and tune performance across the entire stack to ensure efficient and responsive systems
  • Implement and maintain analytics, health monitoring, alerts, and logging to maintain operational visibility and system reliability

Requirements

  • Experience owning multi-sprint, multi-engineer projects end to end
  • Experience working on a complex B2B Product
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Postgres is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with geospatial frameworks (PostGIS, GeoJSON, map rendering libraries, etc.) is also a plus
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and offer constructive feedback to help grow the team’s technical capabilities
  • Experience working with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and modern infrastructure platforms
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, monitoring strategies, and operational best practices for mission-critical systems
  • A degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field (B.S. or M.S.)
