IT Support Engineer

· Works closely with business leaders to deliver technical services aligned with company goals and core values.

· Performs a range of on-site technical tasks, and ensures all work is documented and compliant with internal and customer procedures.

· Manages and escalates issues appropriately to meet customer expectations.

· Provides consistent, high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, adapts quickly to changing environments.

· Experienced in IT desktop support, with the ability to follow procedures and work in an organized manner.

· Proficient in using IT systems and technology tools. Demonstrates strong customer service, spoken and written skills.

· Ensures health and safety practices and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and moving throughout the workday.

· With a focus on imaging machines (Windows 10/11), computer/ mobile deployments and IMAC’s experience.

· Experience with Asset Management, AV/ Conference rooms, Printers, and Mobility OS support are a bonus.

6 month contract / extensions and perm conversion are possible but not guaranteed

– Drug and Background checks required.

– Role will require regular walking and standing, as well as lifting up to 50 lbs.
