Job description

  • Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows using LLMs, tool calling, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Integrate agents with APIs, databases, internal systems, and workflow tools.
  • Build RAG solutions using trusted enterprise data sources.
  • Implement agent evaluation, monitoring, logging, and performance improvements.
  • Develop reusable components, services, and APIs for AI applications.
  • Support testing, CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and production reliability.
  • Apply security, privacy, access-control, and responsible-AI practices.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, data, and security teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, or LLM applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java, Go, or Node.js.
  • Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
  • Familiarity with LLM development, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent workflows.
  • Experience with software testing, Git, CI/CD, and production support.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills., * Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
  • Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with enterprise security or governance requirements.
