Web Developer 1

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer 1 to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., * Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to create user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces.
• Implement responsive design to ensure optimal viewing on various devices.
• Integrate user-facing applications with server-side logic and databases.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a web developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of server-side templating languages and JavaScript libraries.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
