Job description

Neevsys is currently seeking an experienced Power BI developer who designs data models, builds dashboards and reports, and turns stakeholder requirements into accurate, performant visualizations - including support for the data-quality workstream., * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic / data models.

  • Develop robust DAX measures and optimize model and report performance.
  • Connect to and shape data from SQL Server and other sources (Power Query / M).
  • Gather reporting requirements and translate them into clear, accurate visualizations.
  • Support data-quality reporting (validation views, anomaly and exception reporting).

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Power BI: data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Strong SQL for sourcing and shaping data.
  • Report performance tuning and workspace / deployment management.
  • Good stakeholder communication and requirements translation.
  • US work authorization; clearance eligibility per contract environment.

Preferred

  • Power BI Service administration: dataflows, gateways, row-level security.
  • Other BI tools (Tableau); data-quality experience.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft data ecosystem.
