Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics IT Systems Specialist to sit within the UNIQLO EU team, based in Puttershoek. You will be reporting into the IT Systems Manager, working closely with the wider global IT and logistics teams. What you will be responsible for Work closely with warehouse operations teams on site in Puttershoek to support day-to-day system and process issues. Act as the first point of contact for incidents and system issues related to SCM applications, performing initial investigation and coordinating resolution with global IT teams and vendors. Collaborating with UNIQLO logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) teams to address operational challenges and suggest system improvements. Helping to create and update user guides, training materials, and operational procedures for SCM applications. Participating in discussions with logistics teams to gather business and system requirements for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related system. Assisting in project coordination activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking for SCM system enhancements. Sharing project updates and risks with team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements
Experience supporting business applications in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or retail environments. Experience supporting system enhancements, change requests, testing, and release activities. Basic understanding of supply chain processes such as warehousing and inventory management. Good communication skills and willingness to work with teams across different countries. Business-level English proficiency, with the ability to explain ideas clearly in writing and speaking. Eagerness to learn and grow in a global environment.
