Experteer Overview As a Solution Architect in Roche’s On-Premise Infrastructure team, you shape enterprise infrastructure with a cloud-like experience using IaC.You influence architecture across compute, storage, network, and OS domains, guiding modernization and governance.You will translate business needs into technical strategy, lead technical decisions, and drive value for stakeholders.This role offers the chance to work across functions and geographies, delivering compliant, scalable, and automated infrastructure.You join a collaborative culture that values curiosity, quality, and impactful software products.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business priorities- Review architectures to ensure continuous improvement and manage technical debt- Research and evaluate new infrastructure technologies, including PoCs and support for RFPs- Define non-functional requirements and assess gaps between design and implementation- Develop architectural strategy and roadmaps aligned with the enterprise technology landscape- Identify opportunities to create value and support business cases and high-level plans- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with product heads to articulate solution value- Act as a consultant to Product Heads, TLEs, and Service Delivery ManagersResponsabilidades- 7-10 years in software development, integration or architecture design- Deep knowledge of On-Premises architectures with virtualization (Nutanix AHV, VMware) and bare-metal compute- Experience designing Composable Infrastructure with IaaS and cost optimization (TCO, showback)- End-to-end infrastructure lifecycle experience: automated delivery, provisioning, integration, maintenance, capacity, decommissioning- API-driven telemetry, centralized observability, and data-driven rightsizing- Delivering secure, highly available, scalable solutions with governance and GxP considerations- translating business needs into technical specs and managing cross-domain dependencies with Agile teams- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) provisioning, codified components- Configuration management and automation with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows- Experience in SAFe/agile environments and working in regulated settings- Strong collaboration, influencing skills, and multicultural communication- Advanced English proficiencyRequisitos principales-
