We’re partnering with a high growth, international organisation in the technology industry that is investing heavily in its people systems and looking for an experienced Workday HCM Lead to take ownership of its global Workday environment. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how HR technology supports the employee lifecycle across multiple countries, working closely with HR, Finance, IT and senior business stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Lead the configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of Workday HCM, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to the business Own the configuration of key Workday modules including:Core HCMCompensationAbsenceRecruitmentPerformance Other responsibilities: Drive continuous improvements to Workday configuration, workflows and user experienceMaintain job architecture including job profiles, job families and management levelsEnsure data integrity, governance and reporting accuracy across the platformPartner with HR, Finance and IT to support payroll integrations, workforce planning and business reportingManage security roles, permissions and system governance, Essential experience includes:4+ years of Workday HCM experienceStrong hands on Workday HCM configuration experience across multiple modulesProven experience configuring Workday business processes and workflowsExperience administering and optimising Workday in a global or multi country environmentStrong understanding of Workday security, governance and data integrityExperience with job architecture including job profiles, job families and compensation structuresExperience supporting Workday integrations with payroll and other HR systemsStrong reporting, analytics and data validation experience within Workday Why apply?Own and shape a global Workday platformJoin a growing international technology businessWork on major HR transformation and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with senior stakeholders across HR, IT and FinancePlay a key role in future Workday enhancements and platform strategy
