Forward Deployed Engineer (Founding Team)

• Own enterprise customer implementations from POC through to long-term deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions into customer systems and workflows.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and solve complex problems.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements.
• Become a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers.

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant or similar).
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and JSON.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• German (minimum C1), English (minimum C1)
• Product mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• High agency and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup.
• Previous startup, consulting or enterprise SaaS experience is highly beneficial.

You do not need to be writing production code every day, but you should be technically credible and comfortable discussing architecture and integrations.
