Experteer Overview As a Solutions Engineer, you will lead onboarding and implementation of BioCatch’s anti-fraud solutions for financial institutions across web and mobile.You will own end-to-end technology delivery, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and client teams to ensure successful deployments.You translate complex requirements into actionable integration steps and drive issues to resolution in fast-paced environments.Your work directly supports delivering secure, scalable behavioral biometrics solutions that reduce fraud and enable digital transformation.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers and partners- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, timelines, and issue resolution- Serve as technical point of contact for clients and translate requirements into integration steps- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure seamless solution deployment- Troubleshoot technical issues across web and mobile environments using analytical tools- Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and client-facing technical workshops- Partner with internal teams to enhance solution delivery and customer experienceResponsabilidades- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Systems Integration, or Professional Services for enterprise SaaS with hands-on customer-facing technical ownership- Ability to lead technical discussions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions- Experience with enterprise customers in financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, or large-scale SaaS- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)- Strong project planning and cross-functional coordination to deliver on timelines and mitigate risks- Working knowledge of modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, React) for client-side integration review and adjustments- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP cycles, and Postman for integration troubleshooting- Solid SQL and data analysis skills (Snowflake, Power BI or similar) for querying and interpreting large datasets- Ability to diagnose and debug web/mobile behavior, integration flows, and code-level issues across native and cross-platform environments- Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous settings and proactive use of AI-assisted productivity tools- Strong ownership, self-learning, and collaborative interpersonal skillsRequisitos principales-
