Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or data-related areas
• Structured, analytical approach to handling financial data and variance analyses
• Affinity for systems, ERP (SAP) and reporting tools (BW)
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders across levels
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
