Data Analysts and Scientists work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.We’re looking for a Data Analyst to support regulatory reporting. You’ll work with complex data structures, adapting them to strict specifications, and ensure solutions are efficient and reliable.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the Finance team with financial planning, treasury operations, financial strategy, and regulatory reportingBuilding and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reportingMaintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data qualityTranslating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutionsUnderstanding our business and its processes through our dataMonitoring and improving data reliability, applying high attention to detailDesigning key metrics to measure different aspects of the businessCreating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data queryingMaintaining and creating dashboards to track metrics and visualise insightsCollaborating closely with Regulatory Reporting Managers to understand reporting logic and operational processesWhat You’ll Need4+ years experience with SQL, and a solid understanding of complex data systemsExperience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutionsGreat collaboration skills to partner with Regulatory Reporting Managers and cross?functional teamsA background or education in a quantitative disciplineTo be detail?oriented, quality?focused, and able to deliver under time constraintsProficiency with Python or other programming languagesThe ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specificationsSolid mathematical and statistics knowledgeA proactive mindset with sense of urgencyNice to HaveExperience in finance, banking, and/or accountingAn advanced degree in a core STEM subjectProficiency with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++To have participated in school/university Olympiad competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming#J-***-Ljbffr
