Experteer Overview As a Platform Engineer at adidas, you own and evolve the platform capabilities that power application teams, accelerating velocity and time-to-market while ensuring secure, scalable services.You work across design, development, and operations, shaping the platform roadmap and improving reliability, latency, and cost.You collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and mentor colleagues.This role offers hands-on impact in a globally recognized, innovation-driven brand.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Take end-to-end ownership of platform epics and initiatives from requirements to design, implementation and operation- Design, code, test, document, and refactor complex software following engineering standards- Propose, own and implement improvements for monitoring, stability, reliability, and operability- Build and operate the platform with defined SLAs/SLOs, reduce incidents and toil, automate operational tasks- Lead code reviews and contribute to the platform’s technical roadmap in collaboration with the platform owner- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of multi-team work with stakeholders- Mentor equal- or lower-grade colleagues, onboard new team members, and contribute to communities of practiceResponsabilidades- College/university degree in IT or equivalent experience- ~5 years IT experience across the full product lifecycle including production services- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript/Node.Js or Java/Spring Boot- Cloud-native foundations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), GitHub Actions, Helm, and awareness of DORA metrics- Observability mindset: metrics, logs, traces, alerting, incident response- Strong communication skills and proficient English- DevOps mindset with ownership from development to operation- Platform specialization with a chosen focus (Platform, CICD, Kubernetes, Observability, Testing/QA, APIs, Streaming, Cloud, AI)Requisitos principales- hybrid work setup with 40% weekly onsite in Spain- competitive salary- benefits and product discounts- international career opportunities- individual development and training- tech community and knowledge sharing
Requirements
College/university degree in IT or equivalent experience
- ~5 years IT experience across the full product lifecycle including production services
