Requirements

Are you a data-driven Media Analyst with experience across digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis?

Do you enjoy turning complex campaign data into clear insights that improve performance and shape client strategy?

This independent, international agency is looking for a TV & Digital Media Analyst to join its London team. Working across global campaigns for charities and NGOs, you’ll analyse performance across digital and traditional TV channels, helping clients acquire and retain supporters for some genuinely important causes.

You’ll work closely with the agency’s digital and media teams, using Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and optimise campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your Power BI skills, with full training provided.

This role would suit someone with at least two years’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis who is confident working with data but can also communicate insights clearly to clients and colleagues.

The experience we need:

  • At least two years’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis

  • Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and GA4

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets

  • The ability to spot patterns, data issues and opportunities to improve campaign performance

  • Experience producing reports and translating analysis into practical recommendations

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Confidence communicating with clients and answering campaign-related questions

  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously

  • An enthusiastic, collaborative and calm approach

Experience within a media or performance marketing agency would be particularly useful. Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau experience would be advantageous, although training will be provided. Experience within fundraising, charities or NGOs-or fluency in German-would also be a bonus.
