SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant

Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systemsLeverage SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to deliver scalable integration solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external partnersAnalyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration designsTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system performance and reliabilitySupport ongoing optimisation and enhancement of existing integration frameworksContribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team

Minimum 3-4+ years of experience working with SAP BTP and SAP CPIWill consider a background in BOOMI / MDI and moreProven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systemsBroad experience in SAP SuccessFactors a bonusStrong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment Desirable Skills Experience with additional SAP modules or cloud integrationsKnowledge of security and compliance considerations in integrationsExposure to Agile delivery methodologies
